Cake Flavors

• Chocolate: Chocolate cake with just a hint of citrus drizzled with a heavenly chocolate glaze.  This flavor combination really makes the chocolate stand out above the rest.  Combines well with a variety of fillings.  For the more adult palette, a semi-sweet creamy chocolate ganache.  For a fruity and festive flavor, try our famous raspberry filling.  For the kids and the kids at heart, our cookies and cream filling is sure to please.

• White:  Simple yet most elegant.  This cake always gets a drizzle of flavor to compliment the filling.  Pairs beautifully with either our raspberry filling or our strawberry filling.

• White Chocolate Raspberry:  This is a flavor marriage made in heaven!  A light & fluffy white chocolate cake with a hint of raspberry.  Fill this cake with our delicious raspberry & white chocolate ganache for a rich decadent cake.

• French Vanilla:  So Delicious!  This cake is fabulous with our white chocolate cream cheese filling, or any of our creamier fillings.  The Bavarian Cream or the Chocolate Hazlenut is a crowd pleaser.  This cake will always get a drizzle of flavor to compliment any of the fillings.

• Golden Butter:  STC's most popular cake.  The name says it all.  Pairs perfectly with our famous raspberry filling.  Also pairs well with our banana cream filling.  Be daring and try the banana cream between one layer and the peanut butter filling between the other! Yum! This cake will always get a drizzle of flavor to compliment any of the fillings.

• White Almond:  The name just scream flavor!  Try this cake with our chocolate ganache and your guests will be coming back for more.  This cake will always get a drizzle of flavor to compliment any of the fillings.

• White Butter:  A beautiful dense white cake that is wonderful to eat.  Try this with our Raspberry filling for a fresh taste you won't forget.

• Carrot: Of course, this classic pairs the best with our delicious white chocolate cream cheese filling.  But you can try it with Bavarian Cream for a slightly different flavor twist.

• Chocolate Hazelnut: Made with real hazlenuts, roasted right in our kitchen.  Packed with flavor!  It's perfect filling companion, of course, is our chocolate hazlenut.

• Italian Cream: Mmmm! So European!  Try this decadent cake with our buttery Italian Merengue filling.  You'll love it immediately.

• Red Velvet: Moist and Scrumptious! You can choose to have nuts added, or leave them out.  This classic goes well with our white chocolate cream cheese filling, but is also quite tasty with our semi-sweet chocolate ganache.

• Banana Cream: Made with real bananas.  You can choose to have nuts added, or leave them out.  Try this homestyle cake with its perfect companion banana cream filling.  Or, if that's too much banana for you, try the Bavarian cream.  Simply Scrumptious.

• Lemon Poppy Seed: A wonderful Summer-time treat.  A veritable classic.  Try this cake with any of our fruitier fillings or even our white chocolate ganache or white chocolate cream cheese.

• Chocolate Pound:  Each layer of this cake is glazed in a wonderful chocolate glaze before being filled with your choice of filling.  Goes well with semi-sweet chocolate ganache or even the chocolate hazlenut filling.  Even try this cake with our Peanut Butter filling.

• Chocolate Amaretto:  If you love chocolate and almonds you'll love this cake.  Pair it with our new coconut filling and you have yourself a sweet treat reminiscent of your favorite candy bar.

• Lemon Ginger Pound Cake: So sweet and tart, perfect for a summer gathering.  Fill this creation with our famous raspberry filling, pineapple filling, or even our lemon-orange filling.  Your guests will be delighted.

 Cakes with Spirit:

• Butter Rum Cake:  So delicious!  Try this with our new for summer coconut filling.  With a twist of lime, this cake is sure to remind you of a hot summer night.

• Pina Colada:  Mmmm!  Heaven in the middle of summer.  Pair this with our pineapple filling, you'll be glad you did!  For a different flavor combonation, try this cake with a strawberry filling, it's close to a Mai Tai!  Yummy, just like being on the beach.
